Be curious, Observe anxiety with a sense of wonder. Interested in it for its own sake rather than a strategy to get rid of it. If we learn to understand our anxiety completely , we are free.

Take the time to be curious. To learn about the anxiety of others. The more you do this, the more it feels like a shared experience, a concrete part of the human condition. 

The experience you have of anxiety will directly reflect the approach you have to it. Frame it with your awareness. 

Remember that your mind is a clear blue sky, the weather will always change. Meditation is my therapy.
